The End Of The 133rd Canton Fair

The 133rd China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, concluded on May 5th, 2023 after a successful 3-week exhibition in Guangzhou.
The fair, which was attended by over 200,000 buyers from more than 200 countries and regions, showcased a wide array of products from China's manufacturers and exporters, including electronics, machinery, textiles, and household items. This year's fair also featured a special section dedicated to new and innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, 5G, and renewable energy.
One of the highlights of the fair was the signing of several big deals between Chinese suppliers and foreign buyers, with the total value of contracts reaching over 20 billion US dollars. Many exhibitors reported high levels of interest from foreign buyers, indicating strong demand for Chinese-made products in the global market.
In addition to the bustling trade activities, the Canton Fair also hosted a series of forums on topics such as e-commerce, sustainable development, and intellectual property rights, providing a platform for industry experts to exchange ideas and insights.
